Cancellation Policy

  • If Air Tickets has been booked by us 100% of the ticket amount will be deducted if the fare is nonrefundable.
  • Within 60 Days prior to arrival date of the tour packages/Hotel Booking/Transportation: 25% Retention of the Tour Cost.
  • Within 15 Days prior to arrival date of the tour packages/Hotel Booking/Transportation: 50% Retention of the Tour Cost.
  • Within 7 Days prior to arrival date of the tour packages/Hotel Booking/Transportation: 100% Retention of the Tour Cost.

 

Payment Policy

  • To secure your reservation you need to make 50% of the total invoice amount as an advance in order to confirm your booking and remaining balance you have to pay 2 days before the date of arrival.
  • If the payment is not received by the due date we may treat the booking as cancelled.
  • Cancellation will be strictly followed as per the hotel policies

 

Reservation Policy

Confirmation of the packages is subject to receipt of 100% Payment: 50% of the payment as advance and rest of the amount on or before 2 days of the tour date otherwise booking will be released automatically without any further intimation from our end. In case when the trip is booked only within 5 days of the tour date 100% of the payment has to be made while booking.

Please notes :

  • The Company is Responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest.
  • All other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company are suggested services and company is nowhere bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.
  • The hotel confirmed will be as per the brochure or an alternate hotel of similar category will be provided.

 

UNAVOIDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES

If due to reasons beyond our control like riots, flood, accidents or any other natural or manmade calamities, the program of the tour has to be changed or extended, the additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers. As if any passengers, has to leave the tour mid-way, due to any reasons like death of relative, or illness or any other reasons, there shall be no refund for the remaining portion of the tour.

Check-in & Check-out Policy

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
  • The Standard check-in time is 13.00hrs and the standard check-out time is 12.00hrs

 

Child Policy

  • 0 To 5 Years without Bed Complimentary
  • Child above 5 to 12 years is Chargeable as per Extra Bed

If the passenger has any complaints regarding our service like hotels, house boats, transport etc.. are advised to inform immediately at +91 9061533332 so that the same be read dressed on the spot. No complaints or refund for the same be entertained after the tour programs
