Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy:

For tour packages, a 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before the travel date. Failure to adhere to the booking policy may result in the cancellation of the booking without a refund.
Flight bookings follow the policies of the respective airlines. Fantastic Travel Plan Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any changes, cancellations, or delays in flight schedules.
Hotel bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective hotels. Fantastic Travel Plan Pvt Ltd reserves the right to change hotels based on operational or situational needs without prior intimation. Hotels mentioned in the itinerary are not guaranteed until final confirmation is provided by us in an official format. The itinerary serves as a recommendation only.
Booking will occur only after payment verification from our side. During peak seasons, there may be fluctuations in hotel prices, and there is a possibility of hotels being unavailable even after commitment. Fantastic Travel Plan Pvt Ltd is not liable for providing the same hotel and will offer similar standard hotels or lower.


Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Trip cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the start date to receive a full refund for taxi services. For tour packages and hotel bookings, refer to the specific cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.
In case of cancellation, refunds will be processed according to the applicable policy for each service, subject to deductions as per the terms agreed upon during booking.


Damaging Hotel Assets:

Clients are liable for any damage caused to hotel assets during their stay. This includes but is not limited to damage to furniture, appliances, fixtures, or any other hotel property.
The cost of damages will be assessed by the hotelier, and the client is required to pay the full damage cost. This includes damages that may occur unintentionally, such as leaving electrical appliances on, smoking in non-smoking rooms, or causing damage due to negligence.


Taxi Services:

A 50% advance payment is required for booking taxi services, with the balance due 48 hours before travel. Failure to comply may result in the release of the booking without a refund.
Fantastic Travel Plan Pvt Ltd provides backup services in the event of breakdowns, subject to availability. Clients must accept any delays in service provision.
Clients are responsible for adhering to destination-specific taxi rules and regulations. Fantastic Travel Plan Pvt Ltd does not guarantee the availability of all taxi services.
The company reserves the right to change vehicles, drivers, or routes based on operational requirements or client demands.
Clients are liable for any damages to the vehicle and will be assessed the associated costs by Fantastic Travel Plan Pvt Ltd.


Liability:

Fantastic Travel Plan Pvt Ltd is not liable for any loss, damages, or inconveniences incurred due to vehicle breakdowns, traffic conditions, or missed flights. Clients are responsible for planning their trips accordingly.
General:

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Fantastic Travel Plan Pvt Ltd regarding the use of our services.
Fantastic Travel Plan Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review the terms periodically for updates.
